At Harmony’s restaurant, every plate tells the story of our young chef Sonny Rault’s passion — 22 years old, a true lover of local ingredients and homemade cuisine.
Here, fresh and local products take center stage, and the menu evolves with the seasons to bring you honest dishes, blending Norman tradition with creative flair.

Duck confit leg

Mashed sweet potatoes, red wine sauce and roasted hazelnuts.

The Mountaineer

Honey-roasted Camembert, new potatoes and carrots, assorted charcuterie.

Roasted Camembert

Brioche bun, 150g minced steak, mayonnaise, slices of Tomme de Savoie cheese, mesclun, red onions, tomatoes and a slice of grilled bacon.

Roasted pineapple

Roasted pineapple flambéed with rum, coconut crumble, rum and raisin ice cream

Profiterole

Revisited with chocolate and orange marmalade, vanilla ice cream, almonds.

The Gourmand

Gourmet coffee accompanied by surprise sweet treats (supplement of €2 for a coffee with cream or a tea).
