Homemade smoked salmon, carrot nest garnished with blood oranges, old-fashioned mustard vinaigrette and smoked whole cream.

Truffled aligot croquette on Mornay sauce with Comté cheese, rocket and confit tomatoes.
Beef Steak 180g
Morel sauce, deglazing juices sprinkled with button mushrooms, served with homemade fries.

Cereal bread, butcher-style steak (150 g), Crottin de Chavignol with honey, red onions confit in port, chive cream, confit tomatoes and rocket.
Rigatoni with morels ✳︎
Rigatoni with morel cream, button mushrooms, aged Comté cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, basil and hazelnut pieces.

Crispy choux pastries filled with a light pastry cream, accompanied by a chocolate and Nocciolata coulis.
