Our story

L’Harmony, formerly known as Auberge de l'Écureuil, is the oldest inn in Saint-Arnoult-en-Yvelines and one of the last still operating in the region. In 2023, a new chapter began with the arrival of Sonny Rault, a passionate young chef who took over the establishment at just 21 years old. He brings a fresh energy while honoring the soul of the place: genuine hospitality, homemade cuisine, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The chef

Sonny Rault, 22 years old, is both the chef and manager of L’Harmony. He represents a new generation of passionate chefs, deeply committed to authenticity, flavor, and friendliness.

Trained in several establishments, Sonny chose to return to the essentials: cooking with fresh ingredients, respecting the seasons, and bringing joy to every plate.
Since 2023, he has given new life to the inn, while staying true to its warm and welcoming spirit.

Together with one cook and three servers, he brings homemade, creative, and heartfelt cuisine to life—true to the spirit of L’Harmony.
